still.... not resting

i am fully exhausted. i read a friends blog (http://stephenbailey24.blogspot.com/) this morning and he said the same thing. must be going around.
i let the circumstances around me really effect me. i mean a few things are ascew in my life right now and i carry it all in my back like i can change things and fix things, and make my life perfect if i just try hard enough. when will i learn to rest in the Lord?
